- to explain the role that Indian producers and exporters can expect to play in that world and to provide them with valuable B2B contacts; and
- to recommended best practices for penetrating the lucrative Kosher market in the United States, Israel, and elsewhere.
Authors are experts in their field, and articles are culled from a host of sources, including Kosher trade publications, partner trade publications, and scholarly papers from academia. The focus of the articles span considerations of Jewish Law, government regulations, market trends, and industry practices.
Additionally, each issue includes a comprehensive B2B directory of Kosher suppliers. Our intention is for the journal to be a true, invaluable resource for producers of Kosher export products in India.
